Pricing is affected by several factors, including but not limited to the size of the vanity, original condition and amount of labor required for customizations and/or restorations, upgrades to sink, hardware, and/or vanity top material, and cost of the vanity itself. When you place an order, this includes the price of the vanity and free shipping to anywhere in the contiguous US (faucet not included). Pricing is always agreed upon before payment, but if any upgrades are requested mid-project by the buyer, a supplemental upgrade may be charged accordingly if agreed upon by both parties.
Free shipping is included in your order to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Based off your original project timeline, shipping will be contracted out to private freight companies. These companies are established and vetted before we schedule shipment, but please be aware that they are private contractors. Typically, the vanity is blanket covered and strapped for security during delivery. The vanity is never placed on its side during travel and never has anything placed on top of it. Occasionally, assistance will be required upon delivery but that will be communicated by the shipper, if necessary. I will provide the shipping company with the receiving parties contact info to coordinate delivery based on their availability.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom order, please contact me right away to discuss. Please take pictures of any concerns that arise so we can address them together. Based on the circumstances surrounding the damage, a partial or full refund with return may be issued as resolution.
Each custom vanity top is finished with 3-4 coats of marine-grade polyurethane to protect from sink splashes and other moisture. Additionally, long term care instructions are included to help maintain the protection of your vanity. When installing your faucet, be sure to seal any spaces with clear silicone caulk specifically for bathroom and kitchen applications.
We are not involved in any part of the installation process. If you aren’t the DIY type, we do recommend having your custom vanity installed by a licensed contractor in your area. Each vanity is defaulted to accommodate wall side plumbing, which is typical in most bathrooms. If your plumbing comes up from the floor, please communicate this information in the design discussion before your vanity has been ordered.
